I'll try it with my icon.

① Simple lighting around the face

If you set the transparency to 5%...

Amazing! Compared to the original illustration, the face has been colored cuter!

Let's try it with other colors too!

This is a totally different illustration!

Why not try it out with other colors you like?

② Bright light

This method is a little more difficult than ①.

You can create a bright illustration just like in the heading!

Just write yellow, red, and blue around it like this.

I add white as well if I like.

If you lower the transparency again...

What a surprise!! It looks like light is coming from the center! Feel free to draw your own illustrations!
