After tilting the canvas, you can use the Rectangular Cut tool as is.
To tilt the canvas, select Rotate/Invert Canvas from Edit (E) on the top bar, or use the Rotate tool from the Sub Tool (Move). In the case of Rotate/Invert Canvas, you can only tilt it at a 90-degree angle, so it is easier to use the Sub Tool when you want to tilt it at a different angle.
This is convenient when tilting the top/bottom or left/right lines at the same angle. If you need to draw a polygonal cut with different angles, it is easier to use the Broken Line Cut tool instead of the Rectangular Cut tool, or to manually manipulate the control points of the Rectangular Cut.
