Hi, I’m Linh! today i’m showing you my process of coloring skin

First, I’ll select a reference.

Then I’ll bump up the saturation a little

then, I pick colors. I try not to use eyedropper until I pick the new colors

then, I sketch over the reference to establish the facial features

Then under the rough sketch, i’ll add the base colors, shadows and basic highlights

 

 

Then I add details, background, and blend until I get this
