Preparing data to configure as a 3D object

< 3D file formats that can be imported >

fbx / 6kt / 6kh / lwo / lws / obj

 

 

 

■ Reference for exporting 3D files

 

You can export in the following formats in these software applications.

 

< LightWave >

lwo: Please export as lwo2.

lws: Please export in LightWave 6.0 format.

 

・ How to create lws files >

Note: Do not include Japanese characters, spaces, or symbols in the directory name, file name, image file name, etc.

① Save any textures you want to use in LightWave Modeler in the "Objects" folder within the folder where LightWave is installed.

② Use LightWave Modeler to create a model. (If you want to use textures, make sure to first save the data in the Objects folder mentioned in Step ①.)

③ Save the lwo file to the "Objects" folder within the folder where LightWave is installed.

④ Import the lwo created in Step ③ to LightWave Layout and save the lws file in the folder where LightWave is installed.

⑤ Please rearrange the lws, lwo, and texture files as follows.

<LWS Directory> / ***.lws

<LWS Directory>/Objects/***.lwo

<LWS Directory>/Objects/.png, .jpg

⑥ Import your created lws file to Clip Studio Modeler.

 

< Blender >

fbx: Please export FBX files with FBX 6.1 ASCII.
