How to blend flowers into your drawing!

Step 1: Get your drawing!

The first thing you need to do is have your drawing ready. You’re going to add flowers into it, so have an idea of where the flowers will be too, and draw mindful of the space.

Step 2: Sketch the flowers

Sketch where you want the flowers to be!

Step 3: block out the flowers!

Make shapes for the flowers where you want them to be, with the colours.

Step 4: Shade the flowers

Add shadows, details and lighting to add dimension!

This will make the flowers blend nicely into the background.

Final Step: Blur the flowers in the background

Blur the flowers in the background using Gaussian Blur, you can find it in Filter—>Blur—> Gaussian Blur

This is to keep the focus on the subject of your drawing, and not on the flowers.
