Draw rough idea on paper

Import image into canvas

Lower opacity

Create new layer above

3. Rough Sketch

Refine proportions and pose

Fix anatomy and perspective

4. Clean Line Art

Lower rough sketch opacity

Create line art layer

Use smoother brush

5. Base Colors

Flat colors

On separate layers

6. Shading & Lighting

On Multiply layer

Shadow, Highlights & Final effects
