Hi! I'm Zk and I'll be teaching you how to create magic circles for your fantasy illustrations.

So here, As you can see I'm using using Clip Studio Paint Pro Version and the device I'm using is a Samsung Galaxy Tablet S8… Let's Start!

First Step

Create a canvas depending on what size you preferred, I'm using a Custom size canvas (1600x1600) with a 300 dpi, you may also use the same size.

Second Step

Let's use the ruler tool, Select symmetrical ruler and adjust the lines to 6.

Note: You can adjust the lines whatever you want depends on what type or design of your magic circle you want to create. Feel free to experiment:>

Third Step

You can now start sketching your design, and after that you may add some elements/patterns and some effects to it before finalizing it.

Fourth Step

Finally, We can now save our final design and register it as a material. Just go to Edit->Register Material->Image->Check Scale Up/Down in Paste Operation and choose a location where you can save it and easily found that image material.

Note: Saving it as a registered material is very convenient for your work especially if you are creating a webtoon or a manga, Because you can use it again and again and doesn't need you to draw everytime you need it on a scene.

After that, You can now use and paste it as a material on your illustration, just simply to your save location and drag it to your canvas.

Result

You can create more by following the same procedure like this illustration of mine I created 4 magic circles.

(You may also add some glowing effects using add glow on the layer blending mode and other effects)
