How I Made This Drawing

(All the assets that I used will be linked at the bottom)

I added in the model from assets. I’m pretty sure clip studio made this one.

I then added in the background/scene I wanted.

I turned it to fit my idea.

I then moved the model into the scene.

I changed her pose to fit my idea.

On a new layer I drew an outline over the model.

After deciding the pose was a bit off I erased some stuff and changed the pose.

Perfect!

I added the clothes and hair onto an new layer.

I like to make a general color palette to start.

I made the main colors and then made a darker shade of that color.

I added some minor colors and then filled in the line art messily.

I then mixed the colors using black and white to create different shades.

(This part was really fun.)

I then colored in the main color parts with the different shades.

I had to add some extra colors for the skin.

Then I blended out the shaded and erased the color that was outside the lines.

I also erased some lined from the body layer that were unnecessary.

I used the airbrush for this.

I added shine from the windows, shade in the doorway etc.

Trust the process!

I changed the opacity to my liking.

I use the airbrush and put a foggy dark gold color over everything.

Then I changed the opacity so that is is very light.

Then using an asset I downloaded I put in some hearts.

I change the opacity to my liking.

Using the same brush pack I put assorted circles all around the scene.

I changed the opacity…

I also added some pink.

And we’re done!
