Safety margins are borders for manuscripts printed in multiple formats (magazines/tankobon, etc.), and show areas that will be printed in all formats. The safety margins are shown in green by default.

If you are going to draw all the way to the bleed border, any magazine or comic border is accepable.

However, actual paper layouts vary slightly depending on the magazine and comic. Therefore, the bleed border will not necessarily be exactly the same as the crop mark.

When drawing bleeding frames, make sure that important information such as character expressions and dialog is inside the safety margin.
