Create frame border
Select your frame border
For the first step you just need to click on your frame border on the layer window, or select your frame border with the object tool
Go to "divide frame border equally"
Now you just need to go to layer>ruler/frame>divide frame border equally
Divide however you want
Pat yourself on the shoulder because you've just created equally divided frame folders.
