TUTO SPEED PAINTING: TIPS of the Month (février 2020)
A decor in 3 brushstrokes and wet effect flowers ...
A quick background:
Palette: choice of font size, choice of color directly in the palette or with the pipette
Brush: different ranges, for my project it will be oil painting
Blurring: using the mixer in the Mixer tab
Wet effect flowers: blurring out wetting
Do not confuse blurring and wetting: To differentiate, the color palette will make the difference ...
Study your chromatic circle to understand:
If I mix a green with a green yellow, I get a wet effect.
If I mix a green with a white yellow, I get a blurred effect.
Example with the water lily:
If I use green then yellow / green and mix, it gives a soaked appearance.
Example with the Indian Rose
If I take a white yellow which I mix with a more intense yellow then I obtain a blurred aspect.
