Draw a demon

Here I would like to show you how you can easily draw a manga-style demon, even as a beginner with ClipStudio.

Step 1

First we create a very rough sketch. I use a pencil pen to make it feel like it is on paper. This makes getting started with digital drawing a lot easier!

In a new layer we draw the outlines more precisely and add details to them. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it should show how the finished picture will look!

step 3

We create a third layer on which we now make the final drawing. You can take your time until you are satisfied! ;)

Step 4

Next we just want to color it, without shadows. I use a watercolor pen for this, you can of course use anyone you like! I found the water color to be the easiest to get started with.

Step 5

When we know what we're going to look like in the end, we can move on to the shades! I keep using the watercolor pen, taking 1-2 tones lighter and darker to add shadows to create texture.

Step 6

In the last step I add highlights in the hair to bring even more life into the picture. To do this, I use a brush from the decoration field that I downloaded from ClipStudio. If necessary, you can also add some color as a background! :)
