Hello! Today I am going to teach you a way to draw water easily and quickly.

To start, you choose three shades of intermediate light and shadow.

Since you chose your 3 tones, with the intermediate tone you color where you want your sea to go.

I used the rectangle tool, but you can use your favorite brush and make it bigger.

Next I am going to leave you the specifications to use the rectangle tool.

(Today I used a raster layer for easy coloring)

Now with its dark tone (shadow) we are going to draw tide.

Below is how I did it.

(It doesn't matter if it's not perfect, that gives it more realism)

The further away it is, the more the tide becomes small, this will give it depth.

Then, they add their light tone (the lightest).

If you notice, I put a lot of light in the middle, this was to give it the reflection of the sky.

Now we go to the mix color tool and select the "Mix color" brush.

The mix color tool is just like mixing paint in a traditional way.

Here you have to blend wave by wave with a brush smaller than the size of your wave.

Make sure that the closest part of the sea has a darker color (start by dragging the shadows to the highlights) than the farthest part of the sea (start by dragging the lights).

Little by little the effect of the sea is going to take place here I show you how it is progressing.

Now I'm going to give more lights and shadows.

Below are pictures of how it is improving.

And that's it, for better results you can put a landscape in the back.

Thanks for reaching the end.
