Hello! Today I'm going to teach you how to draw lo-fi style.

 

You don't need to make a very difficult drawing to achieve this effect, to demonstrate it I'm just going to draw a phone.

For the line-art there are two tones that I use purple or blue (indigo style).

"CURVE" TOOL

To make the line-art and the curves that I made in the light tones I used the "curve" tool.

Below is an image guide to use this tool.

With either one it looks good.

Here is an example of what it would look like:

Here I leave a palette of lofi tones to guide you.

I used some of the colors in this palette for this illustration, I just played with the tones to make them lighter or darker.

COLORED

Since you have chosen your base tone, you simply fill in your drawing and add shadows to it.

Below is the coloring procedure.

As you can see in the following image, just by turning on the light, the illustration takes shape.

Then I colored in the missing inside parts of the phone.

To finish I put the lights that I needed to draw.

Maybe you noticed that I changed the shape of the green light on the phone, this was to create a curve, this can give you a better result, you can apply it with anything in the windows of the final result of the illustration also apply this method.
