You need to understand where your subject is looking by looking at the nose, first draw a circle for a base the draw a line where the nose is and that will give you an idea of where the face angle is starting.
By getting a rough idea of the face angle by drawing thee line of the nose. after that draw 2 lines above the nose and curve them depending on where the nose is looking and that will give you a proper face with an angle, doing this again will give you
