Step 1 is selecting the 3d model you want

Step 2 - Go to layers and select covert to line and tones

Step 3 - Click on preview so you can see how your line art is gonna look make sure you adjust the settings you can change the line width as you desire but its best to keep everything else the same

Step 4- Click on ok and you have you line art to create your character
