Introduction:

Hi guys. Nice to meet you. My name is Linfin and I will show how to make Antroporphism (turning something that is not human into human) of kois. I really like kois and I think they are a good reference to drawn. So I will show for you some tips that I like.

A cool thing about Antroporphism is that you can use anything you want and turn it in a person. So go and chose things or animals that you like and turn it into a human. In this video I created four characters inspired by kois.

The sketch:

First I will do the sketch so I go in file, New and selected the width and the height that I want.

If you want, you can change the color too. I prefer white. After that I click in ok.

If you want to post or only see the speedpaint after, you can record it click in timelapse.

After you finish you can export it. Is really cool if you want to post your drawings in a social media.

After you finish your drawing you can export it in a way you want. I like export it in jpg but you can chose one you like.

Like I will do Antroporphimo I will import a reference. So I click in import, image, and chose it.

If it isn't in your app you can click in import again and take it in you gallery.

After that I position it where I want for see like a refernce. So I chose brush I will use to skecht and start. If you want you can change the color of the brush and do the sketck with another color.

Lasso:

A cool thing that I want to show for you guys, something that I really like in clip studio paint is the lasso. Sometimes when we are drawing and do something wrong, instead we erase all and do it again we can only select the part we want to move or adjust the size using the lasso.

Its really easy. Like I'm doing. After that we only need to adjust to be correct. Other way to use the lasso is when you want to drawn the other eye is selected, click in copy and past and done.

Now you only will need to erase the iris and drawn that accordingly the side of the eye. It's really save time than you need drawn another eye. It is really usuful when you drawn a front face.

Find the layer:

Do You know when you are trying to find the layer from that little dot and you have a milion layers? Yes, I hate it too. But in clip studio paint you have a easy way to solve that problem.

You can only go in operation. In this cube, and click in what you want to find the layer. After that if you open the layers you will see the layer of what you choose, where is the dot.

So easy right? For example I chose the color of the hair and it show me the layer.

 

Paint only one layer:

Another great fuction is paint in only layer. When I want only paint one layer I go in layers, chose the layer, addic another layer and click in clip layer belower.

That way when I paint, it only will paint that layer below.

It really good when you want to do shadow or another details. So for to do the shadow I click in eyedropper, take the base color of the drawing and change for a color more deep and do the shadows.

Mixed the colors:

You also can mix the colors. Sometimes when you want to find the color between two colors, you can do it. So with that resource you can take the color you want to mixed and find another color.

You can use that option for what you want, like do new colors or anything else. I use for find a color to do the detains betweed the shadow and the base color but you can use the way you want.

See all the drawn:

A interresant thing that can help you to see your drawn in a widescreen form is the navigator. That option show you all your drawn when you are paint. For active it you go in window, navegador and done.

You will see all your drawing when you paint. Does't matter if you are paint in zoom or not, you can see all your drawning. You can position it where you want and put in the size you prefer. I think that is one of the most cool option the clip studio have. Its really useful when you are doing background.

Like the flowers I used to do the print. There a lot materials, 3d objects and brushs that you can use. Some of they are paid but the most are free. So you can download that and use.

Change the kind of the layer:

You also can change the kind of layer you want. There a lot kinds of it.

I usually do it to do the shadowns of the eyes. You also can change the opacyt of the layer independ if it is normal or another kind. 

Hint of hair:

A tip for people that want the hair look more realistic or don't be so estatic is use the G-pen to do some hair strands.

Do it in a layer above the lineart layer. I think that make the hair have a little moviment.

So that was the main points that I use when I will draw and the points I more like in clip studio. I think that app have a lot resources that really help in drawing process.
