This illustration is a fisheye lens style illustration.

Make a round dent around the arrow of the cat as a vanishing point.

The color is highly saturated and bright in the back.

As it comes to the front, make it a darker color and apply it appropriately.

Blur with a blur tool.

I will draw flowers.

This time I'm using the brush I have published.

You may be able to draw something similar with a tone sharpening brush or a little modification.

From the back side, gradually increase the particle size and draw while changing the color.

Draw the blue sky in the background.

If you use the gradation tool as it is, it will be a little too beautiful, so use the blur tool to make it uneven.

Draw a cloud.

The area around the cat's arrow is the vanishing point, so draw it as if clouds were flowing there.

Add sharpness with fluffy clouds and thin clouds.

I think it's good to draw a thin cloud around the horizon to give a sense of perspective.

Draw the shadow of the clouds.

I drew it on a new layer clipped to the cloud layer.

This time, I extracted the color from the empty layer and painted it.

Basically, if you put a shadow under the cloud, it looks like that.

I painted it white with an airbrush to blur the horizon.

After that, add lens flare and splash splashes to give a feeling of air and it's done!
