I find it easier to drawing webtoon panels with animation frames nad then just use those panels to insert to webtoon layout..
the perks of using animations frames is that you can easily move around frames with just a shortcut, instead of the scrolling up and down of your webtoon.
another perk is that if you want to add additional panels between two panels, you can easily add it later on in between the two panels. without worrying that you missing an important panel.
the website I used is : https://mangadrawing123.github.io/Diamond-Text/ . it's a website i made that not only allow you to layout your webtoon comic , but you can also be able to just click on the balloon dialog and be able to copy each dialogs of your comic script.
