The theme of this time is the dragon. I want to include an explanation of how to draw textures in this course, so I decided to add a chaotic element and imagine a "white and black dragon transformed into a chaotic organization."

[2.1]Setting the composition

First create a new canvas. [File] menu → select [New] to display the [New] dialog box as shown below.

 

[Canvas] A4 (width 297mm × 210 height mm), [resolution] 600dpi

After that, we will sketch our chaos - the light and the dark dragon by giving it a dragon's body, the dragon's four wings and the dragon's two tails.

Set the layer you just drew to 30% to make it a bit transparent, and now lock the layer so you don't mess it up.

Create a new layer and add details from its face.

 

[2.2] Angel's Wings

Open your draft.

 

Use the feather brush tool.

Open a new layer and follow the draft to draw.

 

Then, turn off the draft map.

Put your layer [combined selected layer]

 

Then, turn your layer [zoom in and out]

Open the [Edit] menu → [Deformation] menu → [Grid Deformation].

 

Mesh transform on the layer.

I added some markers and some details to its abdomen. Merge layers (except lines) to make them all one color. Then copy the layer and get ready to shame!

 

 

Add a color to the shadow, then we will lock the transparency and add white to the shadow to make it a certain depth.

Note: The lock transparency will remain color unless you use an eraser.
