■ I will show you how to make the work list easier by removing the red guy, "Not Found" that you often see when opening the "work" of CLIP STUDIO.

○ Version CLIP STUDIO 1.7.1

When you save a file such as .clip format,

Thumbnails will be displayed automatically within "work" of CLIP STUDIO.

... move files to another folder,

When renaming the file name, the thumbnail becomes "Not Found", and data will not be displayed from "work".

Since it is stained with red when noticed, this time we will introduce a method to organize this in two ways "individual" "collectively".

1. Individually erase

Double-clicking the Not Found thumbnail will display "File not found ~".

<When there is an original file with move / rename>

· Pressing "OK" opens the file browser of the OS, so you can reset it with normal data by selecting the saved file.

<When there is no original file and it is deleted & want to erase from the list>

· Select "Cancel" and close it, right click on thumbnail> "Delete" can delete from "work".

(If it is a file of Not Found, deleting it does not affect the original data in particular.

In the case of normal data where thumbnails are properly displayed, "delete" the original data will also enter the trash so be careful!

It is safe to make it to only the thumbnail data of Not Found to the last. )

If you want to erase some data of only Not Found ..., the method below "collectively erase" is recommended.

2. Together to erase

If you have difficulty resetting or deleting each one, you can erase the "Not Found" of the work together by "rebuilding the work database".

Personally it is recommended because this one can be done in one time.

① CLIP STUDIO Gear Mark>> ② Maintenance Menu> ③ Work Database can be rebuilt.

Since it can not be executed if software displayed in the left menu such as PAINT is running, let's run with CLIP STUDIO running only.

Extra

Rename and the original file that you moved will be displayed again in CLIP STUDIO's "Work" once overwriting and saving with PAINT.
