Introduction

Hi, I'm Rebecca.

In this tutorial we are going to learn how to make eyes according to personalities.

It is recommended for those people who do not know very well what kind of eyes to put on their original characters.

I have also created a video on YouTube, it is in Spanish.

types of eyes

1. After drawing a face for your character, we will practice the most generic type of eyes there is, which is an oval circle.

First, we draw the circle, and on top we will place the tabs following the lines.

2. The second type of eyes that we will make will be something more "cute". The circle will be rounder and wider than the previous one to give our character a tender air.

3. The third type of eyes is the same structure but with the difference that the lower eyelid is straight, giving a feeling that the character is a smiling person.

4. The fourth type of eyes we repeat the same round structure with the difference that the upper eyelid is straight, giving a feeling that the person is a lazy person.

5. The fifth type of eyes we will draw a lying triangle structure, and we will make the end of the eye a little inclined upwards. Giving the feeling of a serious person or villain.

6. Finally, this type will be a triangle lying down with a downward slope, imitating sad or melancholy eyes.

personalities

Finally, we pause to look at our characters and can see that they all seem to have different personalities thanks to their different eyes.

The first would be of a generic character; The seconds, of a tender character; The third, of a smiling character; The rooms, of a lazy or tired character; The fifth, of a villainous or serious character; The sixth, of a sad or melancholy character.

I hope these tips will help you.

See you soon!
