Teach you how to draw various angles of the face. Beginners can also get started. Let's move the avatar!
foreword
Hello everyone, I am Khunix.
Today I will share with you how I draw various angles of the character's face, and how to use the CSP model to quickly draw other angles~
Welcome to the end!
Head-up view is a commonly used angle of view. I first draw the structure drafts of all angles, and then add the details of the characters one after another.
Today's model is my daughter Shizuku
structure
First draw an egg turned upside down, wide at the top and narrow at the bottom
Then draw the midline of the face and the cross for the ears.
Draw the shape of a fan at the nose and eyes, and add a triangle below to mark the mouth
facial features positioning
Draw the nose and mouth at the corresponding positions.
Note the shape of the character's right eye:
Can't see the right eye from the side
The right eye of the 22.5 degree character is very flat
The right eye of the 45-degree character will be wider
The right eye of the 67.5-degree character will be wider
When reaching the front, the left and right eyes are symmetrical
It doesn't matter if you don't know how to draw eyes from this angle
Draw the eyeballs first, then fill in the eye sockets and it will be OK
Import character traits
It's still in the draft stage, let's draw the character's characteristics!
line draft
Draw the line art with a black brush.
The draft is very messy. When the online draft is sorted out, the crooked parts are corrected at the same time.
Finally draw the neckline of the turtleneck
If you plan to color it, it will be ok after this step.
If you want to know how to color, please watch the detailed explanation of the layer blending mode I shared before. It will explain in detail my simple coloring method!
If you only plan to draw the line draft, then you can add internal details, card the dark part, increase the thickness of the line draft, etc.
If there is a chance in the future, I will talk to you again~
