Draw the eyes first.

When drawing eyebrows, you should draw from left to right.

Add different colors here and there to give it some points. If you're only drawing the eyes, you can skip it.

It's time to draw the eyeballs. Then, add a gradient to the eyeballs as shown below.

Next, draw the inside. First, add a gradient to the inside.

Next, paint the inner square shape white.

Next, erase the square shape frame.

Next, smooth the ends.
