Hey everyone! My name is Curfew! Today I will be giving tips and tricks on how I design my characters clothing.

 

I will be providing information on the original character personality and why they would wear that specific set of clothes.

Cyberius: What does Cyberius wear?

Personality!

Cyberius is a very outgoing character, tends to be energetic and optimistic on certain situations. He’s very into High Fashion and Styling his hair. He’s into modern fashion and loves following trends regarding fashion.

Before showing the outfit, using context clues of the paragraph. There can already be a visual on what the character can potentially be wearing.

 

Let’s look at these outfits.

Few key details on each outfits

- Big Boots

- fluffy sleeves

- fishnets gloves

- styled hair

-sparkle clothing

-patterned pants

- trendy fashion

These different types of outfits coherent with the personality of the character, it gives the author an idea of what that character likes and how they would express themselves through clothing.

Curfew: What would curfew wear?

Personality!

Curfew is a very quiet and calm person, doesn’t particular talk too much unless asked too. He’s not shy rather just there. He rarely ever goes out to public rather stay indoors and do his own hobbies such as reading or baking. His fashion doesn’t have much consistency rather being in comfortable attire.

Using the context clues, curfew fashion doesn’t seem as vibrant or loud compared to Cyberius. Since most of his attire is comfortable, you would usually expect clothing such as sweaters or long sleeves.

Curfew outfits show consistency of what you would think he would wear. Since most of the outfits consist of his likings.

How personality can effect your characters fashion!

To a conclusion, Personality is an important factor of what a character can wear. Personality can dictate how a character expresses themselves.
