Body

1-first drawing like wave look

2- then completely circle to make hall

3-drawing on the top like sim-triangle

4-then add some line to give more elegant

5-then line the structure

6- color by sim-white

7- then add some shadow in the hall from the top blend

8-then add some shadow by other layer from the top by multiple layers 50/100

Design character

I go through searching in google about victory dress so I saw some simple

You can see here the first sketch I drawing I hope it clear too

This lace I use from clip studio material or can use us pen I probably use it in the all dress with gold colour

Face

As you can see i drawing the eye lashes like hart and under the right eye have also like hart  the i coloring the eyes like miyushi character

Hair

I think about wave fairy hair within small red flower that give look like elegant and Victorian  too give like doll look and the hat is half circle with purple flower and frills  and withe gold lace flower from clip studio pencil and also from to side have a bow withe tow side long veil .

Outfit

Top

Lace design and in the centre have cross style and have half short buff hand style and the hand have lace flower from clip studio with white Color.

waist

From two side have flower purple in the centre like snake design like gold

Skirt

It from face short and back tall can see it simple in the end have frill I made it and also with lace flower gold  give elegant look

Shoes

Simple gold with red flower and socks long withe white flower   Design.

Background

I use bored from clip studio material I colouring it gold then the background flower and simple give look like victory
