I rearranged the tool windows to make it easier to draw. I placed most of the palettes to the left of the screen.
[2] Adjusting rough sketches
I make a new layer above the scanned layer, and add details to the sketch using [Pencil] →[Darker pencil].
I added objects to the empty sections, while checking the overall image.
This completes the rough sketch.
