Hi everyone! On this page I will share my simple version of how to change the mood background from the day to rain.

 

The first thing to do is separate the object and the sky.

We adjust the front. Add a new layer using a desaturated blueish color.

And decrease contrast too. Also clipping mask for “the front”. This makes the object appear more cloudy.

Create the sky like this.

Add rain effect with tool on clip studio paint.

Add add brush with screen blend mode.
