"Eye" characters drawn on the vector layer

By erasing the stroke, you can reproduce the stroke order animation

If you erase the same thing with a raster, the erased part will be unnatural

In the case of a vector, you can erase it as it is drawn

Introduction

Prepare a new illustration

Draw an "eye" on the vector layer with the sub tool black "coarse"

I was saved because it is a character of five strokes

If the number of strokes increases, it will be fatal in the animation of 24 frames

Choose an object tool

Select each stroke of this vector layer

"Cut" in the Edit menu

Create "New Vector Layer" with Layer Palette

Repeat "Paste" in the edit menu

Divide the "eye" characters into 5 vector layers per stroke

Animation folder

1)

Organize vector layers into folders to avoid scattering

Create a new timeline

Set the frame rate to 8 and the playback time to 3 seconds + 0 frames

Add "New Animation Folder"

Add a layer folder

2)

Name the "Animation Folder" in the Layer Palette "First Stroke"

Add "Layer folder"

The folder name is "1"

Select the second frame of the timeline

Right-click and select "1" from the cell layer list

"1" was entered in the second frame of the timeline

I want to not display anything in the first frame, so create the first one in the second frame

Add three new animation cells in succession to make four

Move the vector layer of the first stroke of "Eye" to the 4th folder

Move vector layer to end of each folder

3)

Continue in the same way

"New animation folder" of "Second stroke" is added

Select the frame next to the frame at the end of the first stroke of the "second stroke" timeline

For the second stroke, create six "new animation cells"

Move the second vector layer to the sixth folder

Next to the last piece

For the “third stroke” and “fourth stroke”, create three “new animation cells”

Move the 3rd and 4th vector layers to the last frame

Create the same "New Animation Cell" for "Fifth Stroke"

Move the remaining vector layer

There are frames left, but to show the end of writing

Delete the folder that was holding the vector layer

Duplicate vector layer and apply eraser

4)

Select the eraser sub tool "roughly"

Check "Erase Vector" and turn off anti-aliasing

In the layer palette

Duplicate the "fifth stroke" vector layer

Move the duplicated vector layer to the previous folder

Draw on the canvas and erase the end

In the layer palette

Duplicate the slightly erased layer and move it to the previous folder

Continue to erase a little on the canvas

Continue to the first frame

On the top frame of the fifth stroke, the vector layer at the beginning of the fifth stroke is completed

5)

Duplicate the remaining 4 pictures, move them to the previous folder and erase them

carry out

6)

The result is like this

I think that if you think about the width of erasing with the eraser, you can express more lively expression

Perhaps the hardest part was drawing the word "eyes"

Unexpectedly, it was difficult because it became strong and it became a thick line

Even in the work, writing the title, writing letters, painting the wall, stretching the cat etc.

I think it can be an interesting use

It may be tough
