Using the Cloud Service
This article is based on the tablet version of Clip Studio Paint.
The layout of menu commands may vary in the smartphone version.
You need to log into Clip Studio to use the cloud service.
Launch Clip Studio and enter your account information under Log in.
Sharing your work
By using Clip Studio's cloud service, you can edit the same file across various devices with different operating systems. It is useful when you want to upload the artwork you created on the go on your tablet to the cloud, and then download it to your computer at home to continue working.
You can upload or download your works from Projects.

Backing up your preferences
You can use the Clip Studio cloud service to back up your settings in Clip Studio Paint. By backing up your settings, such as window layouts, preferences, and shortcuts, you can transfer and use them on other devices.
Select Cloud from Settings in the top right corner of the screen.
When the Cloud screen appears, tap on Back up app settings now to proceed.
If you want to restore the backed-up settings on your current device, tap on Restore app settings to proceed.

Team collaboration (EX)
Using the teamwork feature, multiple users can edit different pages on a single multi-page work file uploaded to the cloud.
You can work as a team, dividing up the work of drawing line art, backgrounds, and tones, or create a comic where each person creates a page.
Note:
The teamwork function can be used on all devices including PCs, tablets, and smartphones via the internet.
The flow of team collaborations is as follows.
You can create teams and invite members via Manage Teams in your Clip Studio account.
