Short summary

Well today I am going to try to briefly explain to you how to create a timelapse video so that you can post on your social networks. Hope will be helpful.

In summary I will show you a template so that you can guide yourself to make your timelapse and have to make some small modifications that ClipStudio provides us when exporting the timelapse.

First: Size, aspect ratio and enable recording

The first thing you should do is give your work canvas a square shape and the resolution of your choice. I recommend that you use 1000x1000px at 300 dpi to use the template that I will show you later.

Something very important: Don't forget "Timelapse recording" so that ClipStudio Paint can record everything you do and at the end you can export a timelapse. Although if you forget you can always activate the recording by entering File / Timelapse / Record Timelapse

Second: Template

To make your timelapse more attractive to click, I recommend guiding you by the template below. It basically has 3 key elements: The eye-catching headline, your social networks and a mention of the software you use, in this case ClipStudio Paint.

Third: Just draw

Now you just have to draw and the software will take care of registering all the strokes you make from the sketch to the final coloring. Here below I show you the final result of a drawing I made of a kawaii dog.

Fourth: Timelapse export

Once your drawing is finished, you simply go to File / Timelapse / Export timelapse and ClipStudio will give you some small options to export such as changing the size, time and proportion of the timelapse.

To see how the final timelapse was, you can see it in the youtube video below. Any questions let me know in the comments. Thanks.
