1) Show us where the dog and boy are in the room.
2) If you had reversed the order of panel 1 and 2, with the reader moving from the close-up of the light to a view of the whole room, it would’ve made for an easier read.
3) Zoom right into his expression on this panel - he’s making a decision, so this is important. This expression should have as big an impact as possible.
